Sunday Night Sit Schedule
Four Foundations of Mindfulness – Four Week Series with Kristina Baré
Starting April 12, 2026, 7:00 to 8:30 pm
Join Kristina Baré for a four-week community sangha on the Four Foundations of Mindfulness, a core teaching of the Buddha. Each week, we will explore one of the four foundations—body, feeling tones, mind, and phenomena—through guided sitting, a Dhamma talk, and shared community reflection. These teachings invite us into a direct, steady awareness of our experience, offering a path that is both simple and deeply transformative.
Practicing together in community can be a powerful support, helping us stay present, feel encouraged, and deepen our understanding through shared inquiry. As mindfulness begins to weave into daily life, we may discover more ease, clarity, and freedom in how we meet each moment. All are warmly welcome to come explore, connect, and grow in these timeless teachings
