Sunday Night Meditation

Sundays, 7:00-8:30pm (no sessions in August)

Helga Beer Studio, 202 – 1600 Bay St., Victoria BC

Join us on Sunday evenings for meditation and discussion in a welcoming, supportive space. These sessions are led by an experienced meditation teacher or senior student and offer a chance to deepen your practice and connect with a supportive community.

Everyone is welcome – whether you’re new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner.

What to Expect

The evenings typically include a 40-minute guided meditation followed by a dharma talk and/or group discussion. We provide chairs and a variety of sitting props, including yoga bolsters, blocks, and blankets. Feel free to bring your own meditation gear if you prefer.

If you are new to meditation, click the Other Resources button below and follow the links for further study.

Cost

These sessions are offered free of charge, with donations gratefully accepted to help with rental costs and to support our teachers.

Bring your curiosity and a willingness to settle in. We look forward to sitting with you.
