Audio files from the Retreat with Solwazi Johnson held at Goward House in Victoria follow. The first file is almost 2 hours and includes the opening with some body work followed by a sitting meditation. The last file is short and is the closing words and the bell sounds from around the hall. It was recorded a little differently in order to get the bells so has a higher level of ambient noise than the usual recordings.
