This is the talk given by Arinna Weisman on November 22 at Camosun College, entitled “Right thought.” In it, she illustrates nicely how two practices; the contemplation of the blessing of human life and the contemplation of impermanence can foster our capacity for awakening.
The talk ends after 36 minutes and some questions follow which are at times below hearing level.
