A Peaceful Heart
Finding Peace in a Troubled World
In this daylong retreat we will reflect and investigate how we can cultivate peace. There will be chanting, guided meditations, Qi Kung and a Dharma talk.
The Buddha’s teachings are said to go against the streams of the world. We will consider how the ancient teachings of the Buddha help us develop peace in our hearts and minds, even in a troubled world.
This daylong is appropriate for both beginner and experienced meditators.
