Opening the Heart with Loving-Kindness
In this weekend retreat we will explore the beautiful spirit of Metta (loving kindness) both in formal meditation practice and the many ways it can be developed in everyday activities.
This retreat is suitable for beginners and experienced meditators.
In keeping with the Buddhist tradition of generosity (dana), these teachings are offered freely. You are welcome to practice dana and donate to the teacher at the retreat. The registration fee will help cover organizational costs.
