A Study and Meditation Retreat with Christina Feldman

Something within us, within our hearts, wants to feel less bound, less governed by moods, by views, by opinions, by ideas of self. There’s something within us that really longs to find the way to unbind, to untangle ourselves from these patterns of distress that are created and recreated moment by moment.
Through the study of two of Buddha’s suttas, we explored the architecture of our personal worlds and the architecture of distress as a means to finding the end of distress.
This was a study weekend with a large teaching element to it. There were also times for questions, reflections and periods of practice. The weekend was held in a background of silence.
