Would you like to feel more at ease, in balance and relaxed? Learn how to focus on the present moment with non-judgmental awareness in order to permanently change the way you handle stress. MBSR teaches participants how to harness their own innate abilities in order to diminish stress and pain, and improve overall physical and mental health.
This highly participatory and supportive program will include:
- guided instruction in mindfulness meditation practices
- gentle stretching and mindful yoga
- teaching and discussion
- daily assignments to enhance awareness in everyday life
- a workbook and guided mindfulness practice CDs
