2012/04/29 Seeing for Oneself

Dharma Talk from “Come See for Yourself” Retreat April 29, 2012:
Seeing for Oneself  by Brock Brown
In this talk Brock investigates the teachings of the Buddha with particular attention to the Kalama sutta. In this sutta, the Buddha encourages us to see for ourselves what thoughts, words and actions lead in the direction of liberation. Brock also looks at attachment to views and opinions and the role of faith on the Buddhist path.
